The good news is: There are no specific 'rules' on how to massage with the Kansa, but it can suggest the following: - Begin at the centre of your chin, following the jawline. Repeat a few times and switch side. - Work your way upwards and start at the corner of your mouth and follow the natural lines of your cheekbones, massaging upwards. Repeat on both sides. - Then massage the middle of your forehead in circles. - With the smaller end of the wand, gently massage the under-eye area.
