Описание
The module is based on aNAU7802system enabling the reading of data from a strain-gauge beams. By connecting the model to the microcontroller, you can read the change in resistance of the beam with a small calibration, it is possible to makeaccurate measurements of weight. The board was equipped withclamp connectorsand Qwiic connectors. It communicates using theI2Cinterface. It works with a voltage of3.3 V.
When connecting the strain-gauge beam, the module is able to transfer the signal to one that can be read from the microcontroller you are using. NAU7802 is the ADCconverter with I2C output for amplifying and converting signals from the standard strain-gauge beam.
Pins from the module SparkFun NAU7802The module communicates via the I2C interface. In addition, the module has the Qwiic connector which allows you to directly connect it tothe Qwiic shields.
Pin Description GND The ground of the system. 3V3 Supply voltage is 3.3 V. SDA The data line of the I2C bus. SCLThe clock line of the I2C bus.
INTThe external interrupt.
AVDDThe regulator of the output voltage from 4.5 V to 2.4 V.
RED/E+The supply voltage is positive of the strain-gaugebeam.
BLACK/E-The negative supply voltageof thestrain-gauge beam.
WHITE/A-The negative line to connect thestrain-gauge beam.
GREEN/A+Positiveline for connecting thestrain-gauge beam.
B-VIN2N - additional ADC channel, negative input.
B+VIN2P - additional ADC channel, positive input.
