The Cleansing Gel by Prof. Dr. Steinkraus forms the optimal foundation of a perfectly coordinated daily care routine in the series. The mild and compatible formula cleanses the skin effectively, gives the skin room to breathe and prepares it optimally for the subsequent care. The gel frees the skin from harmful water and oil-soluble residues while respecting its physiological pH value. This preserves the natural acid mantle of the skin surface. - A composition of several mild surfactants cleans intensively without disturbing the natural hydrolipid emulsion of the skin. - The moderate foaming is an expression of these finely balanced mild surfactants. - Calluna Vulgaris (heather) ensures that bioactive polyphenols already come into contact with the skin surface through short contact with the skin. - Secale Cereale (rye) has an astringent and antimicrobial effect, supports the natural exfoliation processes of the epidermis and acts additively alongside the surfactants in the cleansing process. - In order to produce in a proven environmentally friendly way, all processes and product cycles are subjected to strict, transparent tests. All tubes are made of mono-material, which makes them 99% recyclable. The packaging material made of glass, plastic and paper can be disposed of separately. - A collaboration with the globally recognized provider of climate protection solutions 'ClimatePartner' calculates the carbon footprint of the products and offsets it through certified climate protection projects. - For every product sold, €1 is donated to the Verein Naturschutzpark (VNP) foundation, which can be used to rewild 1 square meter of marshland with the aim of bringing 300 hectares of marshlands (3 million square meters) back to life in the Lüneburg Heath nature reserve. The application of the Cleansing Gel is always recommended in the evening and and, if necessary, also in the morning. For this purpose, a small amount is applied to the moistened skin, gently massaged in, lathered up and then washed off with plenty of water. To support the skin in a perfect way, it depends on the right active ingredients at the right time. Prof. Dr. Steinkraus recommends as a routine: In the morning: cleansing, vitamin C serum, hyaluronic serum and facial care (light, medium or rich) - completed by lipbalm and eye cream. In the evening: cleansing, vitamin A serum, hyaluronic serum and facial care (light, medium or rich) - completed by lipbalm and eye cream.
