This prohibition does not apply to lithium batteries when mailed within the United States.

Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days from delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in the original undamaged packaging. We DO NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition. For all products returned that are not in accordance with this policy we may apply a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 24-48 hours after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process.

The  complete  warranty  is  included  with the  product. The manufacturers'  warranty typically covers  repairs  or  replacement  of defective  parts, subject to the conditions set forth.
